You will need to meet the following qualifications in order to apply for listing with the InspectorsGuide.com:

Have a valid state license where required by state |

| B. |
Have a minimum of one year experience in real estate inspection |

| C. |
Ability to receive inspection requests via e-mail |
|
| D. |
Must be an active member and provide proof of a membership with a respected inspector association such as NAHI, ASHI, NIBI, NABI, etc..... |
